As we step into Christmas, here’s the place to be… at Leeds Castle with friends and family!
The Twelve Days of Christmas is centuries old, but a new version is about to unfold at Leeds Castle.
Until the 2nd January 2022, the classic Christmas carol will leap out of the songbook to grace the estate with 12 immersive artworks.
Visitors will explore the extensive 500-acres of picturesque Kentish parkland, as they admire the partridge in an illuminated pear tree, take a lover’s stroll under the turtle dove arch, listen to the four calling birds bringing Christmas messages to all, and bang the 12 drummer’s drums with little ones.
The Castle itself is dressed with beautiful Christmas décor. From grand Christmas trees to smaller displays of the Twelve Days of Christmas. There will be plenty for all guests to see and admire.
The event is included in the price of the admission ticket. Leeds Castle is open from 10am until 5pm.
For those looking to make a weekend of it, book one of Leeds Castle’s quaint holiday cottages located within the grounds for a magical getaway. Whether in the secluded Keeper’s House, which sleeps two to 10 guests and offers a cosy living area, generous sized bedrooms and picturesque views overlooking the pond. Or for larger groups, choose Battel Hall with original oak stylings and country retreat essentials, like a roaring fireplace, free-standing bath tub complete with Noble Isle toiletries and crisp cotton sheets.
