The menu incorporates elements of both the land and sea, from Kochhar’s amuse bouche of cumin scented potato cakes stuffed with spices, dates and ginger, to Coombes’ crispy baby squid with curry leaves and salted mayo.

The tasting menu alternates between Indian gastronomy, with dishes such as southern spiced lamb chops and lamb rump, to Pings take on Malaysian classic Chicken Satay, crispy corn fed chicken with red cabbage and kale slaw, peanut sauce and crispy egg. Ping Coombes’ dessert platter is the perfect end to the evening with kaya and peanut butter French toast, palm sugar syrup and coconut ice cream. All of the six courses are expertly paired with wines to compliment the exceptional flavours of the dishes.
