Behind the scenes at Fremlin Walk
insideKENT Magazine has invited us to write a regular blog, giving you a behind the scenes look at Fremlin Walk and our retailers. In the coming months we’ll keep you updated about approaching events, give you sneak peeks of new stores, and feature some of our favourite brands and seasonal trends.
It’s an exciting time to be part of Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre. We’re currently working on a brand new style for the centre’s seasonal advertising campaigns, taking locations in and around Maidstone as our inspiration and putting style at the top of the agenda. This month, we’re shooting at Maidstone Museum and Art Gallery, so look out for the new advertising campaign at the centre and around town in early July.
Also coming up in July is the first in our new programme of seasonal festivals, and this summer, urban parkland meets Fremlin Walk. Join us as we celebrate Summer in the City (19th July – 9th August), transforming the centre into a contemporary garden, complete with stalls selling street food, smoothies, strawberries and ice cream. There will be regular activities and events throughout the summer, culminating in the very first FremlinFest on 9th August – a spectacular musical festival celebrating local bands and entertainment.
