Bewl Water Camping Dates Announced

Bewl Water has released dates available for camping over the summer period, starting from June 15th. Located in the heart of the High Weald, Bewl water is a popular destination for families to head over to enjoy the host of activities on and around the reservoir, the largest stretch of open water in the South East.

“Bewl Water attracts thousands of visitors who want to embrace the great outdoors, with so much to do and see at Bewl Water and surrounding areas, it provides the perfect setting for weekend camping with family and friends,” said Andrew Daniells, Chief Operating Officer of Markerstudy Leisure, owners of Bewl Water. “Just an hour’s drive outside of London, towards the scenic coastal towns and within 20 minutes’ drive of many National Trust destinations, Bewl Water is the perfect place to rest your head whilst exploring the garden of England”.

Prices are from just £12 per adult and £6 per child, meaning that a weekend camping at Bewl Water provides the perfect ‘Staycation’ for families, without breaking the bank.

The great outdoors can be embraced with something for the whole family including cycling (cycle hire available), sailing, fishing, laser challenge, mini golf, adventure playgrounds or even just a leisurely stroll around the reservoir.

There are plenty of showering and washing facilities on site as well as The Waterfront Café which will be serving light refreshments, homemade cakes and a selection of hot and cold drinks. For something more substantial there is The Boat House Bistro, perched on the water’s edge. There is a weekly changing market menu served at The Boat House Bistro, using only the freshest, most seasonal ingredients.
