Spanish TV Chef Omar Allibhoy is bringing a taste of summer to Tapas Revolution at Bluewater with the addition of five new dishes to his authentic Spanish menu. Since Tapas Revolution opened in 2011, Omar’s menu has evolved to bring the very best of Spanish food to the people of the Kent, from traditional tapas to modern cuisine.

The new dishes include: Gazpacho de Sandía (traditional Andalusian chilled tomato soup with a watermelon twist); Galician Empanadillas(spinach and goat’s cheese parcels served with onion & saffron marmalade); Alitas de Pollo a la miel y limón (marinated crispy chicken wings with a lemon & honey dressing); Chuletas de cordero (roasted lamb chops marinated with spices & served with pomegranate and radish); andEnsalada de calabaza y Manchego (baby gem lettuce, roasted butternut squash, Manchego cheese, raisin & pine nut vinaigrette).
