From 10am to 3pm, on Saturday 13^th January, couples will be able to discover just what makes this 14th century stately home so unique. They’ll be invited to view the characterful banqueting rooms, including the majestic Baron’s Hall, which can be candle-lit for marriage ceremonies.

Those dreaming of an open-air summer wedding can visit the stunning private Inner Courtyard, never normally seen by the public. Penshurst Place’s Tudor gardens will also be open for viewing; Providing the perfect backdrop for photography, the Grade I gardens cover 11 acres and are widely considered to be some of the most beautiful in England.

Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary prosecco and canapés as they explore the house and grounds. Numerous wedding specialists will be in attendance at the Open Day, to discuss all those vital finishing touches, from fireworks to floristry. Penshurst Place’s experienced wedding coordinators will also be on-hand to offer expert advice and answer any questions.

The Open Day will mark the official launch of Penshurst Place’s new wedding packages. Offering couples added convenience, the packages include a sumptuous three course dinner, drinks reception and the opportunity to celebrate a magical day in a truly stunning venue. Priced from £185 per person, the packages will enable more couples to experience a dream wedding at Penshurst Place.
