Construction workers from Westerhill Homes, one of Kent’s leading housing developers, tucked into a hearty builders’ breakfast today (Thursday October 13th) in support of the Heart of Kent Hospice Hearty Breakfast week.

Work on-site at one of Westerhill Homes’ flagship housing developments, Heron Fields in Sittingbourne, Kent, temporarily came to a halt as a construction workers sat down to a builder’s breakfast, served, of course, with a good strong cup of tea – two sugars please!

The Heart of Kent Hospice encouraged Kent residents to get together to host a breakfast with friends, family or colleagues to support their Hearty Breakfast Week, which ran from October 8th to October 16th.

Andy Shankster, Director at Westerhill Homes commented: “As our charity of the year, Westerhill Homes are delighted to support the Heart of Kent Hospice with their Hearty Breakfast week, giving our builders the perfect excuse to stop for a cuppa and selflessly do their bit for charity – and for once, we’re delighted to encourage them!”
