There are many fantastic green areas in the capital but it is Kew Gardens that is, arguably, the best. The UNESCO listed area has around 2 million visitors each year who come to explore the world’s biggest botanical and mycological collections and take in the lovely views in one of the capital’s nicest areas.

Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire was the second garden city in all of England and somewhere that anyone with a love of nature will enjoy visiting. A UNESCO World Heritage site which also happens to be the birthplace of Winston Churchill, Blenheim Palace & Gardens is the principal residence of the Dukes of Marlborough and a stunning example of Baroque architecture. The beautiful park was also created by famous landscape gardener “Capability Brown” and somewhere that almost feels like stepping back in time.
