Calling actors, singers, dancers and technicians for The Orchard Theatre’s Summer Youth Project Little Shop of Horrors!

Every year, The Orchard Theatre offers young people between nine and 19 years old the opportunity to tread the boards where some of the biggest stars in show business have performed! Over 100 young people are selected to come together and take part in a process where they will work with a highly skilled professional creative team to learn, rehearse and perform a musical, all in just two weeks!

Last year’s project, Bugsy Malone, was a huge success and preparations have now begun for this year’s chosen show, Little Shop of Horrors. The Orchard Theatre is calling actors, singers, dancers and technicians to take part in this year’s exciting Summer Youth Project. Auditions will take place on Sunday 12 March at The Orchard Theatre. To apply for an audition place, or to be a part of the technical team, visit our website and follow the link to the online form. Completed forms must be returned by Friday 3 March.

The dates of the 2017 Summer Youth Project are Monday 31 July – Saturday 12 August.  In these two weeks, youngsters will work with a highly skilled professional creative team, make new friends and have lots of fun learning, rehearsing and performing Little Shop of Horrors! So go along to the auditions and try your luck!
