Entertain the kids with this new outdoor theatre production at Mount Ephraim Gardens
Mount Ephraim Gardens will be hosting a fabulous outdoor theatre event for children on Sunday 19th August. Pirate Pearl and the Big Blue Monster will be performed by Little Blue Monster Productions on Sunday 19th August.
The performance tells the story of Pirate Pearl who lives aboard the good ship Mirabel with her crusty old shipmate Grandpa Bert. She’s not a real pirate but Pearl loves to imagine she’s sailing the seven seas on a swashbuckling pirate adventure. One day Pearl finds a stowaway aboard the ship – it’s a little blue monster. But little monsters grow into big greedy monsters – and this one wants his DINNER! There’s trouble ahead for Pirate Pearl…
Tickets are £11 per person or £39 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Under 2s go free (all prices include transaction fees). The performance is aimed at children aged 3 and above. Theatre goers will need to bring along their own low backed seating and picnic blankets. This is an outdoor show on a lawn within the gardens and if it rains the show will go on but a waterproof shelter will be provided. Picnics are welcomed and there will be theatre snacks for sale.
There are two performances at 11.30am and 2.30pm and the show will last approximately one hour. Tickets are available online at http://www.mountephraimgardens.co.uk/whats-on/piratepearl/
