Attention all history buffs and engineering enthusiasts! Come and explore the corps at the Royal Engineers Museum in Gillingham, this Easter Weekend (8/9th April).
Discover the incredible story of the Corps of Royal Engineers, who, for over 300 years, have been at the forefront of engineering, innovation and military operations. Check out a Ferret Armoured Vehicle, a Shielder Mine Laying Vehicle, an Army Helicopter, and more; meet soldiers through the ages and learn about daily life. Take your best shot on our Nerf firing range, complete the Easter Egg trail for the chance to win a great prize, and check out the latest treats from the Queen of Bakes in our Courtyard Cafe.
Come along and see the ever-popular Hysterical History, meet the amazing working models from South East Scale Model Tanks, and much more. Held on the 8th and 9th of April (from 10am-5pm, with final museum entry at 4pm) at the Royal Engineers Museum in Gillingham. It’s an event you won’t want to miss.
Tickets are the regular museum rate and are valid for a year (if you’ve been within the last year, your museum ticket will still give you access to this event for free!!). Some activities are at an extra cost.
