Mulled Wine Magic

You’ll need

• 8 teaspoons Mulled Wine Magic
• Peel of ½ a small orange
• 6 teaspoons caster sugar
• 200 ml/7 fl oz cranberry juice
• Star anise and orange slices, to garnish
• T2 Teaset Glass Teapot Large

How to

1. Add the tea and orange peel to the infuser of a 1L teapot and three quarter fill with boiling water. Infuse for 7 minutes then remove the infuser.
2. Stir in sugar to dissolve, then add cranberry juice and stir.
3. To serve, pour into heatproof glasses or tea mugs and garnish with star anise and orange slices.
