Get ‘Revved up’ at Leeds Castle’s Motors by the Moat: 6th & 7th May 2017

Motors by the Moat at Leeds Castle is the perfect weekend event for families and anyone with a passion for cars or Batman!

On the 6th and 7th May, get up close to hundreds of vintage, high performance and classic cars from around the world. The cars will be displayed on the Castle lawns with plenty of other entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

See a replica of the 1995 Batmobile and take a selfie with our Mater and Lightning McQueen look-a-like cars. There will be mini fairground rides for children to enjoy, live music sung by the Adam Chandler Band and rides in an RAF Red Arrows simulator for those brave enough.

For fans of the film ‘Batman Forever’, this is an exciting chance to behold a replica of the imposing Batmobile that could drive sideways and climb steep vertical walls.

This year, as part of Leeds Castle’s commemorations of World War II at the Castle, Motors by the Moat will include a section of military vehicles from the period. Visit one of the most powerful British tanks, the M10 Achilles from 1944 on display in this area.
