Harley Street Fertility Expertise is Coming to Kent

Body

The London Women’s Clinic is excited to be launching a new state of the art fertility clinic in the heart of historic Canterbury, providing care to patients throughout Kent in conjunction with the University of Kent and Spencer Private Hospitals in Margate.

The London Women’s Clinic (LWC), part of the JD Healthcare Group, has been at the forefront of fertility treatment for over 25 years and is one of the largest providers of fertility services in the country.  The LWC provides high quality treatment, including low cost packages, and  works closely with the London Sperm Bank and London Egg Bank offering patients access to the largest selection of donor sperm and eggs in the UK.

The new centre will enable women and couples based in Kent to access first class fertility treatment on their doorstep. Consultations and treatment planning and monitoring will take place in Canterbury with the final stages of treatment taking place at our Harley Street clinic  – easily accessible via the High Speed rail link from mainline stations in Kent.

The programme in Kent will be led by Dr Anastasia Goumenou MD, FRCOG, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at East Kent Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, who has joined the LWC as our Lead Consultant Gynaecologist & IVF Specialist.  With her local knowledge, years of expertise and dedication to the programme Mrs Goumenou will be a well known resource to patients attending the new facility.

The LWC Kent are hosting their first open day on Saturday 14th November at 11am at the Dean John Simpson seminar room, Cathedral Lodge, Canterbury Cathedral, The Precincts, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2EH. To book a free place or find out more about the LWC Kent please call 01227 208158 or email kent@londonwomensclinic.com.
