Kent & Sussex Holiday Cottages

Cosy log fires, walks on the beach, exploring the frosty winter woods, or a city break, whatever your heart desires we have a holiday cottage to suit.  Kent and Sussex Holiday Cottages offer nearly 300 individually selected properties.  Nothing compares to the flexibility and freedom that a self-catering holiday provides and you can feel confident that with our Quality Assessment grading, you will find comfort, quality and a home from home.

Most of our holiday cottages can be booked for short breaks, so that you can sample the best of Kent or Sussex in a weekend or a mid-week getaway.  We are very happy to help with your holiday plans and can offer some great suggestions for winter breaks and escapes that can include our ‘Exclusively for You’ offers.

Two gorgeous new properties are The Nest and Ivy Lane in central Canterbury where you can soak up the cosmopolitan atmosphere in the myriad of winding medieval streets, visit one of the museums or take in a show at The Marlowe Theatre.  This vibrant city offers so much to the visitor with beautiful gardens, fantastic choice of restaurants and great shopping.

Head to the coast and the delightful traditional seaside town of Hythe is great for a break for all the family. Hop on board the miniature Romney Hythe and Dymchurch steam train which wends its way out to Romney Marsh or Dungeness, or take a stroll along the esplanade and skim stones in the sea.  Alternatively just curl up with a good book one of our lovely properties; from a glamorous Hollywood style house for 6 people called The Palms,  Swiss chalet style Quince Tree Cottage for 4 people, or quaint little Claire’s Cottage just for 2.
