Local success: Roaming Gringos

Having tried Roaming Gringos’ delicious Mexican street cuisine for the first time recently, I can’t help but feel I’ve been missing out on something special. Set up less than two years ago, this Ashford-based business prides itself on the delivering quality food to your door – and then some.

With over 2,200 likes on its Facebook page, a Facebook food star rating of 4.7, countless raving reviews, and a five-star rating from Ashford Borough Council, it’s clear we’re certainly not the only ones to champion this local eatery.

However, it’s not all burritos and tacos – there’s actually three parts to this successful growing business. These include:

1) The home delivery aspect: Street food delivered direct to your door (Tues-Fri evenings, 5pm-9pm).

2)  A pop-up canteen: This concept caters for lunchtime corporate trade, whereby it sets up shop in canteens and offices.

3) Outside catering: Weekends are for outside catering. Where required, Roaming Gringos pops up its big red gazebo/marquee for weddings, birthdays, Christmas parties, festivals, and stag and hen do’s etc. It also supplies food for home parties.

You name it, Roaming Gringos can cater for it. From small private parties with a headcount of 20+, to large events.

All of its food is mildly spiced, so as to suit every individual taste. Heat is added for those that request a tingle to their taste buds!

The company also supplies prearranged special requests for non-Mexican food and vegetarians, plus it can provide suitable music for any event that desires it.

So, if you’re looking for great food, lots of fun, and a fabulous atmosphere, look no further than Roaming Gringos.
