Menu Reveal: London’s Hottest Chefs Unleash Exclusive Festival Feasts at Taste of London!

Taste of London reveals the first of its highly anticipated lineup of exclusive dishes from some of the city’s top restaurants that will be appearing at the festival. Each restaurant will serve up its most loved dishes all week alongside a Taste of London exclusive that will only be available at this year’s festival. Alongside their favourite dishes, guests will experience a decedent week of dining, drinking and celebration in Regent’s Park.

Exclusive for Taste, Bar Kroketa will be showcasing Pintxo Moruno – a spiced lamb neck skewer hot dog with kalimojo sauce – alongside its iconic Prawn Croquettes. Street-food stalwarts Roti King will be serving an exclusive dish of marinated Lamb Chops with a Chunky Peanut Sauce, which are sure to be a hit with meat lovers attending the festival.

Islington’s vegan-Caribbean Jam Delish will be offering a vegan twist on a classic Caribbean dish with its “Saltfish” made from peppers and twice-fried green plantain, served with samphire and scotch bonnet mayonnaise. Sicilian-inspired Norma will be showcasing delicious Arancino Alla Norma, while new Harrods restaurant Dim Sum Terrace will be serving Wagyu Beef and Taro Croquettes. Contemporary Chinese restaurant Chai Wu will be offering its Truffle Cheese Wontons, topped with truffle and served with sweet chilli sauce.

Festival goers will also be able to indulge in independently owned French restaurant & wine bar Paulette’s Duck Confit Roll, modern Jamaican Likkle Dutchpot’s  Jerk Mac ‘N’ Cheese Croquette, and Yopo @ The Mandrake’s South American-inspired Yellowtail and Pineapple Ceviche. Newly opened Portuguese-inspired hotspot JOIA will also be serving its renowned Octopus Salad, which is a favourite among fans. Bringing a slice of Mexico to Regent’s Park is Cavita and its star dish of Gordita de Cochinita Pibil featuring slow cook pork shoulder, axiote, avocado, and habanero pickle.


Big Mamma Group, which has just opened Carlotta in Marylebone, will be putting on an Italian extravaganza from its maximalist Trattorias featuring its most loved dishes including Spaghetti al Tartufo and Burrata con Pomodini. Taste veterans Burger & Lobster will also be bringing the iconic Lobster roll slider alongside its Truffle Raclette slider. Sri Lankan restaurant Hoppers will be serving its award-winning Jaffna Goat Roti Taco, whilst modern Indian Kahani dishes up its famed Kerala Chicken Curry.

Supplying Taste with sweet treats this summer, Treats Club will be presenting a selection of mouthwatering desserts straight from Shoreditch, including Cookies and Cream Cheesecake, and the Boston Dream, consisting of sea salt white chocolate custard, chocolate glaze, caramel puffed rice topping.

Londoners and visitors alike are encouraged to book in advance and not miss out on the must-attend food festival of the summer. Guests who purchase tickets from 17th-28th May will also receive a complimentary Paloma courtesy of el Jimador, enter the code PALOMA when purchasing tickets to redeem the voucher. Ticket passes are available to purchase now from £24 per person.
