NATIONAL TEA DAY – Join the celebration at Godinton House Tearoom Friday 21 April

Celebrate National Tea Day on Friday, April 21 at Godinton House & Gardens, near Ashford.

‘It is a day when the nation unites to share its love for a cuppa and at Godinton House & Gardens we salute our proud British teatime heritage’

A quintessential British afternoon tea is served by the friendly team in the House Tearoom, featuring locally sourced products such as Pluckley Tea from the Kent Tea & Coffee Company and jam from the Wooden Spoon Preserving Company, in Wye. Homemade scones and cakes is also served.

Book your admission online and make time to also explore the gardens which are brimming with spring blossom while the three-acre wild garden is full of colour and birdlife.

At Godinton House & Gardens visitors can enjoy a day out in the great British countryside and when driving onto the estate watch ewes feeding their lambs.

Garden opening times and prices 2023

Gardens open
Tuesday to Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays until 31st October, 1pm–6pm (last booked entry 5pm).

Garden prices
Adults £8, Children (under 16) Free, except on some event days.

House open
Friday and Saturday to 30th September. Tours 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm and 4pm.

House prices
Adults £15, Children (under 16) Free, except on some event days.

House Tearoom
Open Friday and Saturday until Saturday 30th September for the Garden, House & Garden visitors only. No reservations needed.
