We are so “nuts about summer” we have put together 5 fabulous free events for you and the children to enjoy here at the Walnuts Shopping Centre throughout the Summer Holidays! All day Events running from 10am – 4pm. Individual showtimes will vary.

27th July – Our “old” favourite Roy is going to be here with three magic shows during the day (exact times to be confirmed) and between will be mixing and mingling doing one to one magic and balloon modelling! Always a great time and suitable for children & grown ups of all ages !

3rd August – is JURASSIC DAY ! Expect the unexpected as we have a T-Rex roaming the square during 4 shows and in the afternoon smaller mini beasts at 3 reptile shows PLUS a bucking crocodile for you to all have a go at “croc-taming” if you’re brave enough! All times to be decided so watch this space or keep an eye on Twitter! You won’t want to miss it for sure !

10th August – Welcome to the Walnuts Holiday Camp. Lots of fabulous traditional holiday camp style fun – party games, disco, red carpet dressing up (fab for selfies and YES parents can join in too) and DONKEYS TOO !! Plus much much more to enjoy for all age groups.

17th August – we have BUBBLE JOE and his GIANT Bubble show here during the day to excite and amaze you with his tricks with MEGA BUBBLES! I’ve seen a child “swallowed” by one of his balloons so come along and volunteer to be next ! Plus lots of Arts & Crafts on site to try between shows.

24th August – All the Fun of the Fair ! Everybody loves a Fair and we have one coming to the Market Square with rides and side stalls for under 12’s. Plus lots of free workshops to try as well.

All of these events will run from 10am – 4pm and be held in Market Square at the Walnuts Shopping Centre. All events are free to enter as are the shows we have arranged. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times – we do not offer a creche service. Some side stalls & activities may be provided by a third party and may incur a charge so please check beforehand.
