Racing Against Time: Kent Sanctuary’s Mission to Save Cheetahs

Once numbering around 100,000 a century ago, today only an estimated 7,100 Cheetahs remain in the wild. Pressured by shrinking habitats, conflict with larger predators, limited genetic diversity and the ongoing illegal wildlife trade, their future hangs in the balance – and now it’s time to take action to save cheetahs.
Between 22-29 April we are running our Born to Run campaign for the Cheetah. Funds raised go to a brand-new spacious Cheetah Conservation Centre and grassroot conservation work in Africa. Because we are part of Big Give Earth Raise, all funds raised will also be doubled by them.
Renowned wildlife artists Danielle Tomlinson and Lucy d’Auvergne are donating two unique art works for auction, with proceeds
going towards our Born to Run campaign.
Here in Kent, however, a dedicated conservation effort is helping to save cheetahs
