Relaunch for Martin & Co, Canterbury

Award-winning lettings & estate agency, Martin & Co, has re-launched with a new owner in Canterbury. Angie Collins, who has over 40 years business experience, purchased the franchise last month and has
big ambitions for the future.

Angie is a local resident, having lived in the area all her life, and previously owned Canteen on Sun Street, which she sold in 2019 to Garage Coffee. She commented, “I have always been interested in property and I had been looking for an opportunity like this one for well over a year. It is the best of both worlds! I have the support of a well-known franchise, but I also want to change the way people view the industry, shaking things up to provide a very personal & efficient service for landlords & tenants alike, without all the jargon!”

“Property continues to be a very good investment, and we are here to advise would-be investors and landlords wishing to grow their portfolios about how to maximise their profits and return on investment.”

Angie joins a well-established team in Canterbury, who currently manages over 200 properties, with more being added every week. She is already investing heavily in the team, taking on two new members of staff ready to support this growth.

Penny Sanders, Head of Franchising at The Property Franchise Group, welcomed Angie to Martin & Co, “I am delighted that Angie has come on board as she brings a wealth of business experience to Martin & Co and we’ll will be supporting her to continue to grow and develop her business further.” The Martin & Co offices can be found on Castle Street in Canterbury and you can visit the website here:
