In the heart of beautiful Brasted, boutique Tea Room Raspberry Room is delighted to announce a menu of exciting activity this Spring.

The Spring journey commences on arrival where guests are greeted by a beautiful installation of pastel pink and white silk roses, peonies and wisteria adorning the Tea Room’s entrance and interior creating a beautiful Spring-like feel and stunning feature.  With a high vaulted glass ceiling and exquisite chandeliers, plush raspberry pink chairs and relaxed ambience, visitors are warmly welcomed and met by a spectacular selection of the finest hand-made cakes, pastries and cookies accompanied by Birchall tea blends and superb John Street coffees.

Unveiling its new spring pantry menu on Monday 29 April, Raspberry Room will delight customers with a variety of new creations featuring the freshest ingredients and taste sensations. Exclusively designed by the imaginative team at Raspberry Room, highlights include the vegan raspberry red bagel served with almond butter and sinful cinnamon jelly, rose avocado toast with beetroot hummus, sesame seeds and edible flowers (vegan), truffled eggs with maple spiced hollandaise and wisteria waffles with white velvet mascarpone.  Long standing favourite pink rose & cardamon porridge has had a seasonal upgrade to include a sprinkling of roasted pink pistachio nuts. Additions to the drinks menu include a lovely lavender hot chocolate and a golden latte with organic turmeric.

The bespoke Raspberry Room Fragrance Collection is now available in store making a lovely addition to the home this spring. Specially blended for Raspberry Room, customers can purchase candles (£15.00 each), room & linen mist (£18.00 each) and fragranced reed diffusers (£20.00 each) in either Raspberry Rose or Pink Champagne & Pomelo.  Visitors can also purchase from a range of Raspberry Room jams including zingy lemon curd, fruity raspberry and the very unique and deliciously fashionable Raspberry & Pink Gin. Each 227g jar retails at £5.50 each.

Springing into Easter, visitors to the Tea Room will be able to purchase hand-made Easter themed cookies at £3.95 each from mid-April.

Following the successful launch of the ‘Supper Club’ series on Valentine’s Day, Raspberry Room will host their second Supper Club evening on Thursday 9 May at 7.30pm. The 3 course menu is still under wraps but will include a signature luxurious raspberry pistachio pudding. Tickets cost £39.95 per person. Pre-booking is essential, telephone 01959 928753 to reserve a table.

The Raspberry Room Team is bringing a twist to their already popular Afternoon Tea experience this Spring. Inspired by the famous flower show, a limited edition RHS Chelsea Flower Show Tea will be available from Saturday 25 May until Sunday 26 May.

Capturing the essence of spring and to celebrate the vitality of the world’s greatest gardens, delicacies will include sweet and savoury delights confettied with flowers.  Guest will indulge in small parcels of smoked salmon carefully wrapped to resemble swelling roses; egg mayonnaise filling encased in petal-shaped pastries and indigo macaroons with chocolate-lipped smiles and little purple flowers for hats. Priced at £26.95 per person, two sittings will be available 12-2pm and 3-5pm. Pre-booking is essential, telephone 01959 928753 to reserve a table.
