THE IVY ROYAL TUNBRIDGE WELLS CELEBRATES LOCAL AREA WITH FLORAL INSTALLATION AND LIMITED-EDITION DESSERT

In celebration of Pashley Manor’s annual Tulip Festival this April and May, The Ivy Royal Tunbridge Wells has updated its entrance with a beautiful tulip installation, as well as offering guests with a limited-edition dessert and trio of floral cocktails until Sunday, 12 May.

With Kent often referred to as the Garden of England, the restaurant has brought a touch of spring to guests with a bespoke tulip-inspired dessert, The Tulipa (£7.95), featuring a sumptuous combination of white chocolate mousse, raspberries, meringue and petals.

Accompanying the floral installation and dessert are three floral-inspired cocktails including the Rosehip Spritz (£9.50), combining Sacred Rosehip Cup, ginger ale and Prosecco and a Floral Negroni (£10.00), featuring Marylebone Orange & Geranium Gin, Sacred Rosehip Cup and Belsazar Rose Vermouth. Finally, the non-alcoholic Minosa (£6.50) combines Seedlip Grove 42, orange juice and Fever-Tree ginger ale, making for a refreshing mocktail, just in time for spring.
