The Vine Inn is a welcoming family friendly pub in the heart of Tenterden that offers a wide selection of freshly prepared Mexican & English cuisine and local British beer, along-side a vast selection of tasty cocktails and a vibrant wine list.
It has a beautiful bright conservatory and a walled garden with a decked seating area that has heating (for the cooler evenings).
Food service is everyday from 12 to 9pm and boasts a delicious variety of Mexican and English food starting with their Nibbles Section, which includes warm corn tortilla chips with freshly made guacamole and jalapeños, a great way to start your meal, followed by an extensive list of starters to include the indulgent sticky spicy chilli prawns, with coriander & lime or the crispy baby calamari & smoked garlic aioli. The chipotle salsa mixed mushroom starter also sounds like a winner. Their main menu has a real variety, including, Kentish Gourmet burgers, Whitstable bay beer battered cod fillet, Maple smoked ham and rock salted chunky chips and their Chargrilled Kentish Ribeye of Beef is a must! The Mexican side of the menu has some incredible popular treats including sizzling Fajitas, served with a platter of salsas, and filling to choose from. Served alongside crispy filled Taco’s and the much loved Enchiladas with your choice of fillings ranging from Shredded duck, roasted Mediterranean vegetable & grilled Halloumi to smoked BBQ pulled pork & chorizo. Did we mention their puddings? You should certainly try the Warm triple chocolate & popcorn brownie or the sugared cinnamon waffles with Dulce de leche. Enjoy!
