Time to shine in this year’s pantomime – young dancer auditions – registration open!

Jordan Productions and the Central Theatre are looking for shining stars to join the cast of Dick Whittington and his Cat for their annual pantomime at the Chatham theatre from 8th to 31st December 2018.

Auditions for dancers, aged between 8 and 17, take place on Saturday 8th September 2018 at the Brook Theatre, Chatham.

Those selected will join the star-studded cast which includes star of stage and screen Ray Quinn in the title role alongside returning favourites Joe Tracini (Hollyoaks, CBBC’s The Dengineers) as Idle Jack and Ian Good as Sarah the Cook. The cast is completed by West End star Steven Serlin as the evil King Rat, Jessica Croll as Alice plus Dick Whittington’s fabulous feline friend!

Audition places are filling up fast so to guarantee yours, make sure you register asap – just email and put ‘Chatham – Dick Whittington’ in the subject line.

This year’s Chatham panto is going to be the cat’s whiskers, following the fabulous reviews for last year’s smash hit, Sleeping Beauty.

Will our hero defeat the evil King Rat and his gang of vile vermin? Will Alice Fitzwarren lose her heart to this handsome hunk from Gloucester? Will Sarah the Cook suffer yet another soggy bottom? Will the streets of London really be paved with gold? Find out in this classic pantomime full of live music, dazzling dance routines, rip-roaring and swashbuckling adventure, guaranteed to be another Chatham panto hit.

Tickets are on sale at or from the box office on 01634 338338 – don’t miss this PURRfect panto that’s the cat’s whiskers!

Dick Whittington and his cat is at the Central Theatre, Chatham from Friday 7 December 2018 until Monday 31 December 2018.
