Walk off Christmas Dinner with Leeds Castle’s NEW Winter Trail App
Throw on your hats and scarves, pull on your wellies, grab your phone and walk off the Christmas pudding with Leeds Castle’s new Winter Trail App.
From the 21st December until 5th January 2020, families and friends alike can visit the estate and take part in a fun trail on the new Leeds Castle app, across the woodland walk, Castle Island and formal gardens. Collect clues along the way and answer questions around the grounds themed to birds! All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw to win a Family Half Day Bird of Prey experience.
The Winter Trail App is free to download with your Leeds Castle admission ticket, and those visiting at this time of year can also discover fragrant pine trees and festive décor inside the Castle themed to Magical Birds and Festive Feathers until the 2nd January; don’t forget to count how many robins there are!
Once you have completed the trail, explore the falconry centre and get lost in the yew-tree maze and grotto, before settling down in the oak-beamed Castle View Restaurant which will be serving a wide range of winter warmers.
Experience how truly breath-taking the estate can look at this time of year, covered in a blanket of frost and with a slow mist rising from the Castle’s moat.
