What’s On At The Westgate Pavilion, Thanet
One of the rarely seen, hidden gems tucked into the cliff side in Westgate on Sea (just outside Margate) is the Westgate Pavilion, Sea Road, CT8 8QW. Over the past five years, Westgate Pavilion has been continuously improved and now forms an important part of the local community with the Youth Club being held there every Wednesday (new members always welcome), and local community groups using it for plays, dances, get-togethers and even pantomimes.
The Pavilion itself has many uses ranging from weddings to sweet 16 birthday parties, and it is also used as a private function room for funerals. The owner, Lee Williams, takes great pride in ensuring that every event is very special and affordable.
