Woolton Farm reopens for the 2023 Summer Season
New sourdough pizza menu & pop-up dining events at The Barn, plus a host of events for families, cider & wine lovers
Woolton Farm in Bekesbourne near Canterbury, the home of award-winning cider producer Kentish Pip, re-opens on Good Friday 7th April for the 2023 summer season.
Woolton Summer season launches Easter weekend, Friday 7th – Monday 10th April.
To celebrate the start of its Summer Season, Woolton will be opening its doors to the local community on Friday 7th April offering a free drink and first tasters of their new sourdough pizzas. A traditional Easter egg hunt for families will take place on Easter Sunday as part of the official celebrations.
Says Sam Mount, Woolton’s Managing Director: “We’re excited for the new season and have a dynamic line-up of dining experiences for foodies, family events, cider and wine tours, tasting flights and a range of accommodation.
“We’re putting local storytelling firmly at the heart of our new food line up with local produce as the star ingredients to complement our range of ciders and wines.”
The hub of Woolton Farm, the Barn houses a bar, café and shop and events space in an original Kentish Tithe Barn dating back to the 14th Century. Set in its own fruit garden with outdoor seating and kitchen, the vineyard, cidery and a host of accommodation options are a short walk away.
